Renovation can be stressful with many concerns including finding the right contractor.
As a sole trader I work mostly alone and I choose to work this way because the standard of my work and the accountability of everything I do maters to me, which means your home is my priority in maintaining those standards and reputation.
After the quoting process you will know how long I expect the job to take, what work it will entail, what meterials will be needed, exactly how much it will all cost and when to expect me. Then its just a case of letting me get to work.
On larger and longer jobs I will ask for a materials deposit which will be securely invoiced and weekly stage payments which again will be invoiced at the end of each week. you will have full details and breakdown of these cost prior to any work being carried out. Call 07515382756
